The Bozeman Community Development Board met on February 2, 2026, at 6:00 PM, with five of seven members present: Erik Bonnett, Chris Egnatz, Mark Egge, Ben Lloyd, and Lauren Mitro. Jason Delmue and Courtney Johnson were excused. Mayor Joey Morrison attended but did not vote. So he's not going to be looking at this doctor's participating this evening. Okay. Good evening and welcome to the February 2nd 2026 meeting of the community development board. Community development board is a seven-member citizen advisory board comprised of volunteers appointed by the city commission that fulfill requirements of state law and meet twice per month to make recommendations regarding land use recommendations, regulations to the uh Bozeman City Commission. Final decisions are typically not made here. Thanks for joining us. We welcome the presence of everyone here in the commission room. Um before we start the meeting, I'd like to remind those not physically present here of the ways in which you can follow this meeting and provide public comments.
