Good evening and welcome to the February 2nd 2026 meeting of the community development board.

Community development board is a seven-member citizen advisory board comprised of volunteers appointed by the city commission that fulfill requirements of state law and meet twice per month to make recommendations regarding land use recommendations, regulations to the uh Bozeman City Commission.

Final decisions are typically not made here.

Um before we start the meeting, I'd like to remind those not physically present here of the ways in which you can follow this meeting and provide public comments.

We do uh not have any changes to the agenda, and we do have some minutes for action before we thank you for that process.

We have two sets of minutes, one from last year and one from last meeting.

I think I would entertain a motion to get those approved at this point.
