We're gonna go ahead and reconvene the Judiciary Committee meeting. Um we do have a quorum at the table, and Commissioner Callahan will join us when he is able. Um we were discussing item number three, communication number twenty twenty-five-three seven four. Um at this time I think the consensus of the committee would be to um hold this in abeyance um to allow time for ideas and collaboration and um thoughtful progress on this situation. She hasn't um her name was Jamie van der Linden. We have a couple other things. I'll make a motion to hold an advance communication number 2025-374. Um item number six, resolution number twenty twenty-five-three one, a resolution of intent to alter the boundaries of the city county of Butte Silverbo, Montana's Solid Waste Special District to include the boundaries of Homestake Meadows to subdivision and providing for an effective date herein. Uh County Attorney Enrith, I believe we're still in the protest period. Okay, so Commissioner Thatcher. Thank you, Chairwoman Chay. We actually have to amend this one because there's a section in there that we cannot have in there. Um so I'd like to make a motion to strike lines five, line six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, and thirteen. And hold in abeyance as amended. Oh, I'm sorry, on page number one. That would probably help. Walkerville, yeah. Um motion and a second to uh hold communication twenty twenty-five-three one in abeyance as amended to strike from page one lines five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, and thirteen.
