All right. We'll call the Public Works Committee meeting September 10th, 2025 to order. Present myself, Russell O'Leary, Trudy Healy, Bill Boyle, and Dan Callahan absent, Josh O'Neill and Eric Mankins. We have two items on our agenda this evening. Both were supposed to be uh held in the suspense file, but that didn't happen, so we are just going to run through these really quick. Communication uh one, twenty twenty-four-five four four, Michelle Shea, District uh two commissioner requesting a status update and public works committee review of the conditions of the walking trail tunnel under Harrison Avenue South at Dickies Barbecue. Doesn't sound like we have any particular updates, and uh Director Neary is not here this evening. Uh so we will hold this one for two weeks until we have an update from Director Neary. Uh communication two, twenty twenty-five-two nine five, Russell Larry, Commissioner District Five informing council commissioners about concerns regarding roadside trash and landfill covered load requirements. Uh we were just discussing some of the things that we discussed two weeks ago around uh getting together a group of us to do some cleanup along Iron Street. Uh Commissioner Callahan's going to continue to to look into that. And if anybody has anything to talk about on the record No. All right. Well, we will hold this until the twenty twenty-fourth of September. Uh, pending uh a report from Director Nary. With that, I would take a motion to adjourn. All those in favor? All those posed.
