The City-County of Butte-Silver Bow Personnel Committee met on October 8, 2025, with all three commissioners present (Chairman Michelle Shea, Commissioner Jim Fisher, Commissioner Bill Boyle) and HR Director Beth Worm in attendance. The sole agenda item was Communication 2025-477, requesting consideration of proposed amendments to the city/county Personnel Policy and Procedure Manual. The committee voted unanimously to refer the amendments to the full council for approval.

That's what I meant. We will um call to order here, but we can just make a friendly amendment. This committee only has three commissioners on it, so we have a full quorum. Um the communication before us tonight is communication number 2025-477. Beth Worm, but Human Resources Director requesting that the proposed amendments to the following policies of the city county of Butte Suburbos personnel policy and procedure manual be referred to the council's personnel committee for its consideration. Um and below are listed the policies for consideration. Um just as a matter of cleaning up the record. It looks like the safety and health policy manual was inadvertently omitted on this list. It is, however, before us. Um I would just uh ask for a friendly amendment on that. Commissioner Fisher. I would make a friendly amendment that we will add that. Sorry. Oh, okay.
