Present are myself, Michelle Shea, Commissioner Thatcher, Commissioner Callahan, Commissioner Mankins, um, Commissioner Gerbrand, who is um taking the place of Commissioner Anderson, and um Trudy Commissioner Truly Healy is absent. Uh resolution number twenty twenty six zero two, a resolution authorizing the sole source purchase of Huber parts for the City County Abutes Liverpool Metro sewer division and providing for an effective date herein.
