Um and then the other qualification I wanted to mention tonight is um in talking with um Jason Willoughby um the initial information that was sent to the fire group and then forwarded on to the whole study commission with language and then it had a lot of corrections or markouts.

Um that uh because I know uh Dannehe had asked about you know is this an option four?

And I got the clarification from the volunteers, it is not they don't want that considered to be an option for they have come back to say no, this is what they would like with option one and of the three that we're discussing.

I don't there wasn't anything that we included in option one that talked about rural fire districts, and I I guess I want to those is that interchangeable vernacular with volunteer departments, or is that something totally separate?

I think as I'm reading this, I I'm not sure what the intent is, but I think they're trying to use the rural fire district language as related to um Montana state law.

And so it is definitely a question for um County Attorney Anne Ruth.

But if we have we were talking about having two very different options to look at in the in the ballot questions, and so if option one is remove them from the charter, you know, the ballot question can be as simple as strike all language related to volunteer fire districts in the charter.
