Expenditure List Approval

All right. I'm gonna call the Finance and Budget Committee meeting to order for April twenty second, twenty twenty six. Um present our Commissioner Thatcher, Commissioner O'Neill, and Commissioner Boyle. Commissioner Mankins is standing in. Uh let the record show that Commissioner Walker, Commissioner Shea, Commissioner O'Leary all absent in excuse this evening. Uh we'll start with the expenditure list. Commissioner Boyle, did you have any questions on the expenditure list? Commissioner O'Neal. Okay. Um, Dr. Hasford, was there anything that you thought that was a major note? Okay. Um, then if there are no questions on the expenditure list, I'd understand a motion. Um then if there are no questions on the expenditure list, I'd entertain a motion. I'd like to make a motion that we review the expenditure list as of Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026. And we're gonna approve, reviewed and approve the expenditure list as of nine hundred nine hundred and ninety-three thousand twenty dollars and sixty-two cents. Motion's been made and seconded. Is there anything on the question? All those in favor? Aye, against motion passes. Um there were a couple budget transfers for this evening. Um it looks like one in the amount of two thousand. This was out of community development, CDBG, transfer to cover training for the community development department. One in the amount of two hundred. It's to our general fund land records to increase postage, two hundred dollars to cover sending certificate of surveys through mail for signatures. One in the amount of 1,500 treasurer's department, general fund need to bring um a certain line item back to 4,600 for carpet, putting in more in case any more is needed to use. One in the amount of 45,000 government buildings to complete the ADA parking lot and concrete work needed between the courthouse and the LEC. One in the amount of eight thousand dollars government buildings to complete the temperature controls for HVAC systems within city county buildings, and one in the amount of eighty dollars in the URA, it's to address costs with new computer monitors. Um are there any questions on the budget transfers? Seeing none, I would like the record um to reflect that Commissioner Shea is here. Are you a yay of the approval of the expenditure list? Okay.
