This meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Present were Commissioners O'Leary, Walker, O'Neill, and Thatcher. Commissioners Shea and Boyle were absent and excused. The sole agenda item was review and approval of the expenditure list.

Okay, I'm gonna call the finance and budget meeting to order for Wednesday, August 26th at 6 PM. Present are Commissioner O'Leary, Commissioner Walker, Commissioner O'Neill, and Commissioner Thatcher. Let the record show that Commissioner Shea and Commissioner Boyle are absent and excused this evening. Tonight we'll go over the expenditure list. Uh we'll start with you, Commissioner O'Larer. Do you have any questions? Commissioner Walker, do you have any questions? Yes, on uh page 44 is claimed twelve eighty-three. I was just wondering what the contract payment number four was for 41,000 nine oh five and for twenty-three thousand eight eighty-seven. Uh Commissioner Walker, those are um payments that run through our health department, and they um are for other counties that also provide the services. So it's a subcontract with Anakon Geo Lodge County and Madison County. The state pays us, and then we pay um those counties for it's for the chronic disease grant, so cancer tobacco prevention. Okay. It was twenty-one thousand eight thirty-six. No. Uh twelve eighty-nine. It would be uh for the church right there across from the original. Uh Commissioner Walker, I would have to look at the address. I'm not sure the location. Okay. I I don't I would have to do that. That's what I was wondering because that's where they had the little ride. Oh, the tr the trampoline. Yeah. Okay. So I was wondering if that's they're replacing the roof.
