Um all commissioners are present, myself, Commissioner Shay, um, Commissioner Thatcher, Commissioner Callahan, Commissioner Mankins, Commissioner Healy, Commissioner Gerbrand. Um item, and also in attendance is County Attorney Matt Anruth. Item number one, communication number 2026-39. Lori Baker Patrick, Butte Silverbo Treasure requesting council of commissioners to direct the county attorney to prepare a council resolution to be read and acted upon and passed on August 19th, 2026, authorizing the approval of the tax deed public auction and the sale of certain parcels that have been tax deeded and owned by the city county of Butte Silverbow, Montana. Um we passed this resolution related to this last week. Commissioner Thatcher. Thank you, Chairman Shay.
