Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I call this meeting to order at 701 p.m. This is the April 1st, 2021 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Carrollton. This commission consists of eight members. We have one member absent tonight, Commissioner Jason Carpenter. This commission has final authority on certain items and an advisory role on others. In the case of advisory items, our recommendation for denial will be considered by the city council if the applicant appeals our decision in accordance with city ordinance. We conduct our business in accordance with the posted agenda, which can be found on the City of Carrollton's website under the Planning Department's Planning and Zoning Commission page. In accordance with the State Open Meetings Act, the Planning and Zoning Commission is restricted from discussing or taking action on items not listed on the agenda. The public may comment on items listed on the agenda for the Planning and Zoning Commission consideration. All the items on the agenda under the heading public hearings will be considered individually, beginning with the applicant's case presentation. After any questions from the commission or staff and the applicant, we will ask if there is anyone present who would like to speak on the case. If you wish to speak on an item, please raise your hand on Zoom. If you are using your tablet or computer. If you are joining us by phone, please dial star nine if you wish to speak. When it is your opportunity to speak, please give your name and address for the record and make your comments the commission. When everyone has had the opportunity to speak, we will allow the applicant to make any closing comments. At that time, we will close the public hearing and there will be no further opportunities to speak except at the specific direction of the commission. Since the commission is intended to listen, they generally do not reply to public comments. After the public hearing is closed, the commission will conduct any discussion and action as appropriate. And with that, the first item of business is the consent agenda. Does anyone have anything on the consent agenda? Does anyone have a motion on the consent agenda? Commissioner Powell. You're on mute, John. Okay. All right. Can you hear me now? Yes. Okay. Um that items one through six on the consent agenda be approved as presented. Thank you, Commissioner Powell.
