Ladies and gentlemen, uh, if you would please silence your phones and other devices at this time. This commission has final authority on certain items and an advisory role on others. In the case of advisory items, the commission's recommendation for denial will be considered by the city council if applicant makes a written request in accordance with the city ordinance. The commission conducts its business in accordance with the posted agenda. Copies which are in the lobby outside these chambers. In accordance with the state open meetings act, the planning and zoning commission is restricted from discussing or taking action on items not listed on the agenda tonight. Approval of a subdivision plat or replat is required by state law if the plat meets all applicable provisions of state law in the city of Carrollton's ordinances. The public may comment on all items listed on the agenda for planning and zoning commission consideration tonight. And if you do wish to comment on any agenda items, please complete an appearance card located on the table at the entrance to city council chambers. I did want to say at this time that the public hearing agenda items that are listed number five through eight will not be tonight due to the zoning signs were not posted on time to meeting state law. Um but the cases will be heard at the next hearing public hearing for planning and zoning, which is October 1st. If you do have any questions about those items and you came tonight for those, we do have city staff that's still here tonight, and you can ask them questions after the meeting. So after the case presentation of public testimony, well, not public testimony periods completed. There is uh open for um the consent agenda items. Um the commission will conduct any discussion and action on those items as appropriate. Thank you. Excuse me. So the first order of business is to hear public comments for the four consent agenda items tonight. If there's anyone in the audience who would like to come forward and speak on those or at speak on those agenda consent agenda items, you may do so at this time. I do not see anyone coming forward. Are there any commissioners that have any comments about the consent agenda items or wish to make a motion? Yes, Commissioner Foster. Um yes, thank you. Um I'd like to make a motion that we approve consent agenda items one through four, and as to item number two, um, that we find that the public right-of-way is necessary and proportional to the development. Thank you, Commissioner Foster. Yes, Commissioner Herman. Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I second that. Thank you, Commissioner Herman. So a motion was made by Commissioner Foster and seconded by Commissioner Herman to approve the four consent agenda items tonight with the right-of-way dedication being necessary and proportional to the proposed development on agenda item number two. If there's any additional discussion on the motion before we move to a vote, commissioners, we can do so at this time. I do not see any commissioners with anything to say, so then let's move to a vote. So the motion passes unanimously with Commissioner Kramer being absent. Thank you very much. So that's um we can go straight to the uh is there any other business or staff reports at this time?
