And I know it was mentioned during the study session, but wanted to echo echo what staff said is um as somebody who works in the community and does outreach a lot, having over 1,100 touch points on that um on the presentation that you guys gave us and working with the um the downtown regional area plan and zero uh in opposition to contact in the city is is a immense work.

I mean, it means you guys listen to people, it means you took the time to contact them.

And we said it during study session, but that's that's a lot of touch points to to not have negative feedback or even catching anyone on a bad day.
