All right, ladies and gentlemen, we will call the planning and zoning commission regular meeting for July 15th, 2026 to order. Uh we will start with our roll call, please. Chair Koschel, here. Vice Chair Bill Steam. Here. Commissioner Quinn? Here. Commissioner Gullah. Commissioner Schwarzer. Commissioner Dushar. Here. Commissioner Gothier? Here. We have form. Wonderful. Thank you. And we have excuse absences for Commissioner Gala and Commissioner Schwarzer. We will start off with our pledge of allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands. One nation under God, individual with liberty and justice for all. Thank you very much, sir. All right, members of the audience. Um may address any item that is not on our agenda. The state statute prohibits this commission from discussing that item if it's not on the agenda, but we may listen to your or we will listen to your concerns and we may have staff follow up with you. If there's anyone in the audience who would like to address the commission this evening regarding any issue or item not on today's agenda, will you please uh let me know by raising your hand? All right, thank you. Seeing none, uh we will move on to our consent agenda. The items listed on our consent agenda this evening, items one through six were discussed during the study session prior to this meeting. We will vote on all of them, all of the items in one vote. And um, if there's anyone in the audience who would like to speak on any of the items before we vote on this consent agenda, please raise your hand. All right, seeing none, um, do we have a motion for our consent agenda? Chair. Yes. I'd like to make a motion that we approve the consent agenda for July 15th, uh regular meeting as presented.
