We've been informed by staff that we may not actually have that meeting because of how all of the cases are falling in line for scheduling.

Um, so our next regular meeting may happen in September, but I imagine that will go out in public notice and be confirmed whether we're meeting on the 19th or not.

Um, the planning zoning commission members were uh polled to uh see um everyone's availability for an October um planning zoning commission meeting that would uh where we would help hold a uh retreat.

Um unfortunately that date has not panned out because our facilitator um told us that she was not available, so we're gonna have to uh find another date that works for uh the facility facilitator as well as um the entire commission.

We do want um to make sure that the entire commission is there and as well as staff.

Um so we're probably looking at uh December, early December.
