Beer board meeting. Uh all meeting attendees must sign in the designated sign in sheet in order to qualify uh meet the sunshine law requirements. Uh, we do ask everybody to turn off or silence your electronic devices at this time so as not to disrupt the meeting. And individuals wishing to address the board must do so from the podium. Please state your name before making your comments, and please speak up. No motion. All in favor of approving the minutes signify by saying aye. Opposed. So Lori, if you would take care of that for us, please. So we have uh none. Okay. And we have new temporary beer permit applications. Number two, and uh, Smart Music Project Twilight Grand Market. One is one hundred food eight OLC. It's gonna be consumer. Um beer 1321. And zoning is not signed off on that. All right. But everything else has been approved. Okay, so they're just both those are awaiting zoning. Zoning, yes. Okay, very good. Okay. Is there anybody here representing these two applications today? Okay. All right, thank you very much then. So hopefully the zoning will get on that and get it approved. Okay. Next item on our agenda is uh we need to call on that take any action. Uh on the on the on two and third two. That we're not. No, well they're pending they're pending legal's approval. Zoning zoning zoning, excuse me. I'm sorry, apologize. Pending zoning's approval. So is that Zach? No. Yeah, that's that. So I don't uh I don't see that we take any action. I'm passing those to the regulator. Well, do you want to pass them to the next meeting and then uh go from there and then I guess I see somebody walking in here that's the uh temporary for the twilight grand market? Their date is August 30th. Um so the board can either let regulatory approve once it's okay once zoning has done it, or um you could vote to approve pending zoning signing off so how we all want to do that because you if you want Zach said he's right on Market Street, so he's gonna wait on people of the meeting. Uh yeah, yeah, we do. So he's the knowledge you want to just put it off the jail or end. So I'll tell you what let's do. Is there a motion that we uh uh push these uh temporary beer permit and new beer application to the end of the meeting when Zach will be here from zoning? He's on his way now, but he's late. Question how do we get there? Did we make a decision on number one first?
