0:00All your electronic devices either turn them off or mute them so that said not disrupt the meeting.
0:06Any individuals wishing to address the board must do so from the podium.
0:10Please state your name before making comments, and we ask you to please speak up.
0:17Um first item on our agenda is the approval of minutes of January 15th, 2025.
0:24Is there a motion to approve those minutes?
0:352020 January 15th, 2026.
0:38I make a motion to approve.
0:40All right, is there a second?
0:42All in favor of approving the minutes of January 15, 2026.
0:46Signify by saying aye.
0:51Okay, at this time, uh, if you're coming to speak before the board today, uh Lori will be swearing you in anyone that's speaking today on any application.
1:11Do each of you saw me swear or affirm the testimony you're giving today.
1:24Good morning, Officer Mosier.
1:30Uh if you would review our beer applications approved by regulatory.
1:34Uh we got number one, BJ's wholesale club incorporated doing business as BJ's wholesale club number 254.
1:42BJ's Wholesale Club Holdings 401 Northgate Mall Drive.
1:47Carry out beer permit 1382 has been approved by regulatory.
1:54Number two, Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company, LLC doing business as the Waymark Chattanooga Tapestry Collective by Hilton Chico Holdings LOC is the owner, 736 Broad Street.
2:08So consumer carry out uh beer 1383 approved by regulatory.
2:16And new temporary beer permit applications.
2:20We have number one smart music project, sweetheart market, Robert Davis is organizer, 20 Choo Choo Avenue.
2:29Shows the dates of February 7th from 10 a.m.
2:34The rain date would be February 14th this year.
2:40Also February 8th at 11 a.m.
2:46That's approved by regulatory.
2:52And next we have beer applications passed in the last meeting, which is Cabanas Nightclub Event Center, LLC.
3:05Doing business as cabanas.
3:08Um again that was the application passed from last meeting, and looks like Beagle has a hold on that one.
3:17Any other uh applications have been approved by regulatory.
3:22Uh let's see, we got under new beer application.
3:26We have number one, sir Guny Goff of Chattanooga.
3:29Uh incorporated, Earl McGrath, Brooke Frederick or the owners, 5918 Brandon Road, beer 1354, and that has been approved by regulatory.
3:44Again, that's under new beer application.
3:53All right, thank you.
3:56So that being said, then we will start with beer applications passed from last meeting on cabanas.
4:07Uh so cabanas nightclub and event center LLC doing business as cabanas via permit 1378.
4:15Are there any representatives?
4:21You would state your name for the record, please.
4:34Now we have a hold on legal, so I'll just come back to my channel.
4:39Well, actually, um the board needs to make a decision on this because you remember last time there was a big discussion about the other businesses not having current beer permits.
4:51And um, it's my understanding that some of those businesses have been cited.
4:56Um so it's up to the like I wanted the the board to make that decision.
5:03Well we have one on the agenda cabanas night club and event uh uh cabanas so uh has uh so are there any questions?
5:18Uh first of all, I'd like to ask y'all to state what you brought what you brought today and submitted to us and you know yeah, basically because last time there was a I feel like there was a lot of confusion, so I just brought you some papers just so y'all can just so y'all can see like you know, across the board uh the restaurants that we have the percentages and then uh as far as the restaurants go, we went ahead and applied for all of them.
5:40We're just waiting for the fire marshal, and then we'll be at the next meeting for all locations and we'll get all of them taken care of.
5:46Okay, but yeah, this was just for cabanas.
5:49Uh I believe why I didn't get it last week, also was because my uh FBI background check wasn't in.
5:54Um, but that came in and it was sent to Miss Bertha.
5:59All right, so any questions from any board members?
6:03It's literally just this be sure and push your buttons just to remind everybody.
6:11Uh that was an issue with uh to the FBI investigation, and that has come in or whatever.
6:18And so the reason for the that I guess that would have been a reason for a delay the FBI investigation, but was there any other things that we need to look at as far as any other complaints that has commands surface from this address or from this building, or it's down Rossville uh on that side street next to the um what's that?
6:43Um it's on Rossville Avenue.
6:49Ross Avenue down the street from what was the place when we had the issue with the exile exile that's down the street from there, okay.
6:58Do we need copies on that stuff?
7:00All right, I guess I just was making an observation of okay.
7:04What is this business?
7:07I was curious um from the last meeting.
7:11Have citations been given for the other locations for the expired beer licenses?
7:15And I guess that would be a question for Officer Moser.
7:20Have citations been given for the other locations?
7:24Yes, Sergeant Cow did write other citations.
7:26I'm not exactly what they're they're for.
7:28You know the sort of I have not had a beer permit.
7:36I think for operating without a beer permit.
7:38Three locations when you did the last meeting, he did cite them for those.
7:46I think we have to come back on the 16th for for all those.
7:53So the way I see this right now, we're dealing strictly.
8:00I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
8:02It's more than a page.
8:04Two or three on the line.
8:07Let's just wait then, let them get through.
8:09I didn't get any of it.
8:17So in regards to the background check, there's only is it only one page, or did you were there more than one page on your background check?
8:28I think it was three pages.
8:30You only submitted one.
8:32Okay, I can so we need the whole thing.
8:34Yeah, I can see that.
8:37So I can't move forward until I have it all.
8:43So I make a motion that we just pass cabinet my club and events that are LLC beer 1378 to the next meeting.
8:56Is there a second to that motion?
8:58Second discussion to the motion.
9:04One for the so you need to submit the complete the all the complete records of the background check.
9:14I have it in the email right now.
9:16I can't just send it right now.
9:21I mean, you can, but um, because of the history of you and your businesses, I'd feel better if the regulatory board considered your application as to whether or not to approve it.
9:37So you can you can go ahead and send it to me, and maybe uh we can pass this to the end of the meeting to reconsider so I have time to look at it while everything else is going on.
9:50Is it is a suggestion?
9:52Oh is there a motion to reconsider?
10:00I think we should just do them all together.
10:02I know we're doing with defendants right now.
10:05Let regulatory really deep that do a deep dive into the background.
10:09You only submit it one.
10:11We know there's been issues, and let's just keep moving.
10:20Did you mention you've submitted applications for the other businesses?
10:25Well, we sent everything to you.
10:26Uh we're just missing the um the fire marshal.
10:29And then I don't see those applications.
10:33It can't get to all sent until the fire marshal gives me the okay.
10:37Oh, so you haven't submitted them.
10:38No, just I have everything ready, just missing him.
10:41Thought I was missing something.
10:44All right, very good.
10:45So we have a motion on the floor to uh move this to the next meeting.
10:50Is there further discussion to that motion?
10:55Um city attorney that you're yeah, okay.
11:00Um, do you think that you'll have everything ready for the next meeting?
11:05I have everything ready right now.
11:06No, you said you still need the fire marshal.
11:09So is the fire marshal scheduled to come out now?
11:12Or he should be in next week.
11:15Yeah, he told me that he was tied up this week, but he should be good to go next week.
11:21Any further discussion?
11:23If not, I'll call the roll.
11:36And the chair votes yes.
11:38So we'll see you at the next meeting and okay.
11:41Have everything together.
11:42Thank you very much.
11:59My phone from coming on.
12:01It's coming on in my hearing aids.
12:06Next item on our agenda is new beer applications.
12:10Uh Serguny's has been approved, so it's been approved by regulatory.
12:15So Bertha, if you will read uh starting with number two.
12:21Representing Mean Jeans LLC doing business as mean jeans.
12:26Gina Lister Guess and Joshua McGovin and Emily Van Aiken and Jonas Van Aiken and Matthew Smith and James Bickerstaff and Kite Ricks and Chadwick J.
12:41Leger and Rochelle R.
12:44Fox are making application to engage in the sale of consumer beer at 1800 East Main Street.
12:51A few have had a beer permit for this location in the past.
12:55Additional owners have been added.
12:57The location is owned by NUGA TDL L L C and is zoned C C.
13:05All right, if you would uh officer my uh show it's on uh hold by legal okay yeah I had a couple of questions okay um first what what's your name?
13:20My name is Josh Mongovin.
13:22Okay, so you're one of the owners?
13:24Um so part of the ownership is Emerald Street Asylum LLC.
13:33Um, who is associated with that LLC?
13:35I believe it's Chadwick J.
13:37Lake Lasier and Rochelle Fox.
13:41That's what I thought, but I just wanted to get some confirmation.
13:44Um and they own Emerald Street Asylum LLC.
13:52Are they like independent owners as well?
13:55Are they independent owners as well?
13:58Um just the LLZ owns their portion.
14:02Well, that's all I really needed to know before I signed off on it.
14:05And then I have my my old beer permit to surrender also.
14:11Okay, uh so this is basically an ownership change or uh revision.
14:17Yeah, we added members to the LLC, but other than that, business is same as it's been.
14:21All right, any questions from any board of members?
14:25All right, is there a motion?
14:28I make a motion to approve uh beer 1384.
14:31All right, there's a motion by JW Cole.
14:36Second by who did that?
14:38Okay, and no Brooke, sorry.
14:41Uh any further discussion to the motion.
14:46All right, if not, I'll call the roll.
15:02And the chair votes yes.
15:05Thank you very much.
15:20Representing gang day social.
15:23LLC doing business as game day social.
15:29Peter Gibson is making application to engage in the sale of consumer beer at 9453 Bradmore Lane.
15:36The application reflects a name and ownership change.
15:39The business was formerly Marthy Ann's.
15:42The location is on by Cambridge Square and is on C C.
15:47I don't think they were sworn in.
15:48I don't think they are they've not been sworn in yet.
15:56Do each of these songs where we're up on the testimony you're about to give will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth and help and God.
16:15And it shows they uh have a hold by legal.
16:19I have a similar question.
16:21Um game day social LLC is owned by who?
16:29Uh well, it's both of us, but it's on my name.
16:36So it's just solely in your name.
16:42We're here because we're married.
16:46Well, that's all I needed to know is to confirm your relationship with the LLC because there was no information regarding the the um officers of the business.
16:59Um, but everything else looked good to me.
17:08Uh is there any questions from any of the board members?
17:17So I I have a question.
17:19So there's no change in your operations, just change in the way you're owning the company.
17:25So it was uh a Marty Ann's location previous.
17:28Um the building is the same.
17:31Um we just changed instead of us, like we're not Martha Anne's, they're not part of it.
17:36Um it's a new business, but everything in the building is kind of the same.
17:40Um, yeah, so it's it's technically a new restaurant.
17:43Um, but I guess the previous owner had a beer permit and didn't he kind of locked the door and just left.
17:51So he didn't really like cancel anything out or anything like that.
17:56So um, but it's a new business.
17:59All right, so that's the new piece of well since it's a new business.
18:06Um he has no relationship to the previous owner or the previous owner's permit.
18:11If the beer permit, if the old beer permit is still on display in the in the place once you get your new one, then you need to make sure that it's now all right.
18:21Any further questions from any board members?
18:24All right, is there a motion?
18:30I'll make a motion to approve.
18:32All right, motion to approve by Brooke.
18:39Discussion to the motion.
18:42I just have a question.
18:44Have you guys been uh bar or restaurant in the previous year?
18:48Uh here in Tennessee, no, ma'am.
18:50Um, my family has a place in Charlotte, so it's kind of we don't have like the beer permit, we just have like a regular alcohol liquor license.
18:58Okay, and are you aware of all the the training that you need to do for yourself?
19:04We yes, we we did our uh uh obviously our beer permit, and then we actually had our liquor uh inspector actually come last week so he gave us the whole thing of kind of how to do Tennessee as well and ID and every we've trust me.
19:21We've been we were we were supposed to open in November, so we've been researching as much as we can to kind of be you know, obviously legal and you know, checking IDs and and everything like that.
19:35Okay, all of the servers are required to have their ABC permit as well.
19:41A big question first actually, the first question we ask is if they're all have their permits.
19:46Okay, perfect, thank you.
19:47Absolutely, thank you.
19:48Further questions from the board?
19:51Not all call the roll.
19:55Yes, JW, yes, Reginald, yes, Betsy, yes, and the chair votes yes.
20:01And the chair votes, yes.
20:03Congratulations and good luck.
20:20Next item on our agenda is previous beer violations, reports, and recommendations of the hearing officer, Janika Everhardt.
20:30And there are two uh two matters to come before us, one of them being the dream.
20:42Um, and it was her recommendation that the beer board impose a 30-day suspension of the beer permit of the dream in addition to a $1,000 fine.
20:58So is there a motion to affirm this ruling?
21:07Always have thought about that this morning.
21:09So is there a motion to affirm this ruling?
21:13I make a motion to affirm uh the hearing offers this recommendation.
21:22Is there discussion to the motion?
21:33Uh I just was curious.
21:35I know that there's no representative from the dream here to find out uh what did TABC did they respond as well to uh these violations as well and what did they impose?
21:46See officer motion or not.
21:48Oh I don't know if Sergeant Cowan has spoken to ABC or not.
21:53I haven't heard heard from it.
21:55We'll follow up at the next yeah.
21:57Can that be a follow-up?
21:58Yeah, yeah, sure can.
22:00I can text and ask if you want to know here in a few minutes.
22:04I'm just curious to see.
22:05And seeing what type of alignment we are on, if that's the case.
22:11Also, um, just just so that we're clear, the beer board and the TABC are two totally different um organizations, so they have different rules.
22:21So just because they've been cited to the beer board doesn't necessarily mean that TABC will cite them.
22:28Okay, just as a point of information.
22:32All right, any further questions?
22:36All right, we have a motion to affirm the ruling of the hearing officer.
22:55And the chair votes yes.
23:00We have to, I'm sorry, point of information.
23:03We have to set those dates of when that is to take place.
23:08I will say uh Sergeant Cowan responded.
23:11Uh he did notify ABC, the the head agent for them.
23:16We haven't heard anything that they've done so far.
23:19But they have been notified.
23:21Okay, thank you very much.
23:25Uh so I'll the chair will entertain a uh motion to set the dates of the fine of the uh suspension.
23:47So when we set this, these will be days that the business is open, or they need to be run consecutively.
23:53So if they're open for four days but closed for three, do we only count the four days, or are we suspending them for 30 business days?
23:59Yeah, that's a great point.
24:01And it should be business days.
24:03So it should be what it is.
24:10I feel like in the past we've done it on operating days.
24:15So my second question would be does anybody know what days they are open or closed, rather.
24:22So to answer your question, the board has in the past done it on days where the where the um establishment is open because you know, a lot of times a lot of these bars and stuff, they're only open on the weekends.
24:36And so if you do it for two weeks, you know, you wanted to make sure that the impact was felt, right?
24:45So um it has been on the days that they operate.
24:52I can I'm trying to find it.
24:55Just looking to see what they said.
25:21Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesdays.
25:23Okay, so let's get the calendar out.
25:30It's gonna be a lot.
25:34They're open Thursday through Sunday.
25:48We have uh we in the past we have given them two weeks if they want to appeal to Chancellor record.
25:56So whatever we do needs to start two weeks from today.
26:01So that would be the 19th.
26:06You see what I'm saying?
26:07Do y'all understand what I'm saying?
26:10So that would be uh do a little math here.
26:20So if we do that, it would be February 19, 20, 21, and 22.
26:29Somebody writing this down.
26:33Because I can only go through this once mentally.
26:36Uh the 26th, 27th, 28th, and March 1st.
26:48Wouldn't it be the 5th?
26:50The 5th, the 6th, the 7th, and the 8th of March.
26:56The 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th of March.
27:04The 19th, the 20th, the 21st, and 22nd of March.
27:12It would be the 26th, 27th, 28th, and 29th of March.
27:23It would be April 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th.
27:32April 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th.
27:37And I'm gonna stop there.
27:38Do we know that's over 30, right?
27:40Yeah, April 9th and 10th would be the April 10th and the 30th fiscal.
27:45I would do the 10th and 11th because that's a Friday and Saturday.
27:47All right, so then it would be instead of April 9th, it would be April 10th and 11th.
27:56Thank y'all very much for helping me do that.
28:01I'm not gonna repeat those dates, but I think they're I think we know what they are.
28:08So is there a motion that would be then in Is there a motion to um establish the starting and stopping of the uh uh the uh uh fine imposed a suspension yeah I make a motion that we uh implement the 30 days beginning on February the 19th with those dates that's been stated ending on April is it April April the 11th, yeah.
28:46So there's a motion is there a second.
28:49I second second discussion to the motion.
28:54All right, I'll call the roll.
29:02JW, yes, Reginald, yes, Betsy, yeah.
29:08And the chair votes yes.
29:10All right, very good.
29:12Thank y'all very much.
29:15Would it not that you point of information?
29:20Would a no implementing that that thousand dollar file must be paid within two days.
29:27I thought it was seven days.
29:29Seven days, within seven days.
29:31They'll be made aware of that as well.
29:40And the second item on the uh on the uh recommendations from the uh uh hearing officer is in regards to let me get over here.
29:57I'm sorry, lost my place.
30:26Well, I'm missing something here.
30:30Hold on just a second.
30:41Okay, wrong wrong sheet.
30:43It's in regards to the uh dollar general store.
30:46Is there anyone here from Dollar General?
30:53No, no one is present.
30:55All right, no one is present.
30:57So this was to be continued.
31:00Uh this was to be continued.
31:03Uh uh pending a representative from Dollar General being at today's meeting.
31:11So I'm gonna inquire of our uh legal counsel.
31:20Do we need to affirm the continuation?
31:24No, it um part of the ordinance is that the hearing officer can continue.
31:30Okay, um so this is more of a point of information for the board that it this has been continued, yeah.
31:35All right, so this is a continuation subject to Dollar General getting their act together and having somebody show up.
31:42Okay, all right, very good.
31:48Thank you, Catherine.
31:50You didn't lower my hand, so I can't raise it again.
31:56I have oh, it said my name was Brooke Harderman, too.
31:59That's not important.
32:03Um how many times this is an ongoing thing with Dollar General, right?
32:08This isn't like we had to pass it a couple times because there's no representative, and now the hearing attorney is having a present.
32:14I just want to put that on the record.
32:18Okay, like the three or it's been a lot.
32:23This violation was September.
32:25Yeah, obviously of last year.
32:27I think it usually takes, I think when they're violated, it takes about three months to come to us, right?
32:32I think the first day was or the first set setting was November 20th, 2025.
32:41And I think there was some mix up about whether or not they got notice, so we had to continue, right?
32:49To the just till December, and then in December they didn't show up, they didn't show up.
32:58Um and then we sent notice to their email that we had on file, right?
33:05And so last month, um, we had an assistant manager here, and she didn't really know anything.
33:15Um, we got in touch with someone from their corporate office and notified them of the date, and and the lady that was here was notified of the date so she could pass it along to her higher-ups as well.
33:30Um so they know they're supposed to be here, is what I'm getting at.
33:33And we we sent a letter to them with the citation, because I talked to him the day the last time they were here, or yeah, the last hearing date.
33:45And I said, Hey, this is this is a thing.
33:49The next date is February 5th, and then we followed up with a letter.
33:53I think that went out, it was supposed to go out like that week, but it went out earlier this week.
33:59So I don't know what their damage is.
34:04Officer Mike tried to be on the question.
34:08Are they still selling beer?
34:12Okay, I I would uh respectfully.
34:15I think when I leave here, I'll probably go pay a visit to them.
34:18I would maybe get maybe the real manager would be there, right?
34:24No, that was my question.
34:25You would find out for us and let us know.
34:28I'm gonna go really well.
34:31Yeah, can I do a follow-up?
34:32Yeah, can this board make a recommendation even if they are?
34:37We can implement something now.
34:40Well, so here's the thing.
34:43Um, they it's still before the hearing officer.
34:46She still has to make her recommendation.
34:48I think the issue there is that we need to figure out whether or not they're a responsible vendor because according to the statute, there's only certain things that we can do if they are a responsible lender.
35:00If they're not, then we can do other things.
35:02So we need that information before a recommendation can be made.
35:07Umfortunately, we don't have that information on file.
35:13We just have like when they first get their permit, are you a responsible vendor?
35:18And then that that's kind of how we keep track of it.
35:22Um so as of right now, we don't have any paperwork to back up that they're responsible vendors.
35:28So if we issue a penalty and they are a responsible vendor, some stuff like it might be or void or whatever.
35:38Um so I have a question.
35:42See if anybody else does.
35:43So is a responsible vendor program as a state program.
35:47It is a state program.
35:48So is there someone we can call at the state and say, are they part of the responsible vendor?
35:55That is a good question.
35:56Is there a phone number that you can pick up and say, would you look them up?
36:00Uh Harold has yeah, please, please shed some light.
36:11Good morning, board.
36:13Um, so this pop, this issue popped on my mind yesterday, and Catherine, I hadn't had a chance to update you, but I did reach out to the Chattanooga contact for TABC and spoke with someone there, and according to them, the responsible vendor program is not necessarily a state program.
36:35There are third party companies that do the training.
36:39So, according to this person, when vendors do the training, there is a certificate of completion that's issued.
36:48So that might be something that we could request they that they present to prove if they're uh claiming that they have been through the program.
36:58That's what I was told as of yesterday.
37:02Thank you very much.
37:07So there's really no action we can take on that at this time.
37:11All right, all right, back to the agenda somewhere deep down in here.
37:24I can go back real quick, contact ABC, they're gonna look into the dream also.
37:30Okay, so they are aware and they're looking into and see what they're they plan on doing.
37:35Usually their thing is to piggyback each other.
37:44All right, um, before we pass on the dollar general.
37:48So I just looked up responsible vendor.
37:50There is a Chattanooga office.
37:52Um we could contact for responsible vendor, yes.
37:57And it is a certification that has to be renewed every year, so even if they applied for it when they opened, if they haven't renewed it, then it would be expired.
38:08Do you have the phone number handy?
38:10I can you want me to tell you?
38:18And the location is 100 West Martin Luther King Boulevard.
38:22I thought that's what we heard if you thought the 5050 and the company.
38:33Any further discussion in the board?
38:38Is there anyone wishing to make a public comment about the board at this time?
38:43I'm sorry, I didn't realize we were at the end.
38:45I I do have something that I'd like to ask to bring up.
38:48So the question that I asked of a particular um at a beer distributor here in town was in regards to cabanas or Mexiville directly, but as a as an overall, and Catherine, I asked you this question.
39:04I was just gonna bring it up so that we could discuss it in public.
39:09Um honestly, I haven't had a chance to look into that.
39:14We had a brief that was due today, and I have been needy in other research, and I am so sorry.
39:21And I meant to respond to you yesterday.
39:23Um, but yeah, I will look into the state statute to see what if any responsibility the distributors have.
39:34Um I started to look into it, but then I just got distracted and with other stuff.
39:41Um and I will say for clarity, my question to Catherine was I was told that it is not illegal to sell to a restaurant or club, even if their license has been expired.
39:54So that was my question.
39:56I I want to make sure that everybody understands what my question was.
40:03I will I will definitely look into that.
40:06Because just my my notation to that is it seems that there's a loophole.
40:10If it's not illegal to sell to an establishment that has an expired license, and that seems to be a loophole in the laws that I wanted to bring to light.
40:23Part of our other discussion on that too is uh the fact that there's nothing to prohibit them than going from Sam's or uh Costco and buying the beer themselves.
40:35So there's another loop in the loophole, so to speak.
40:40Actually, um, you have to have a beer permit to store a certain amount of alcohol.
40:47So if it's over that amount, you're still violating the ordinance.
40:52And in regards to, you know, the distributor question, if there does appear to be a loophole, that is a state level issue.
41:00So you would have to contact your representative to discuss that.
41:07Uh any further discussion from the board.
41:13I don't think we're going to get the public discussion or adjournment if we can have anything.
41:17I just wanted to um just offer my condosis to Ron Smith's family.
41:25If anyone didn't know he did pass away.
41:27You beat me to the punch.
41:28But thank you for doing that.
41:29No, thank you very much for doing that.
41:31But uh Ron has been a member of this board for a really long time, and um we're going to miss him.
41:40He was a senior member of the board.
41:42He'd been on the board the longest of any of us.
41:46So uh he really had a lot of institutional knowledge, and he was really good at remembering oh, this person five years ago.
41:56You know, uh yeah, he was really good at that, which is great.
41:59I can barely remember what I did yesterday.
42:02But uh he was really good at that, and Ron will be sorely missed.
42:06He was very dedicated individual, and it's really uh, you know, uh it's most people don't uh most people should know this.
42:16We're not compensated for our time.
42:18We are strictly volunteers appointed by this by the mayor and the city council, and uh Ron took his his duties very seriously and uh really cared a lot about his city and loved Chattanooga and he he will be greatly missed.
42:34Ron and I enjoy I enjoyed having uh conversations about Chattanooga in the old days with Ron.
42:41He and I actually live very close to each other, but we're in two separate city council districts with separated by Lee Highway.
42:50And so we uh had a lot of things in common in the areas that uh where I grew up and where he he lived and uh enjoyed talking and about different characters that we knew back in the old days and stuff like that.
43:04So he will be greatly missed.
43:05He was a good man, sure was good man.
43:08Okay, any public comments?
43:11If not, I will entertain a motion for adjournment.
43:16All right, all in favor of adjourning, signify by saying aye.
43:21Thank you all for being here this morning.
