Good afternoon. Welcome to our Chattanooga City Council meeting for Tuesday, March 10th, 2026. So Council, some of some of you, but not all of you know that I've been part of a nine-month cohort with the local faith co-op. It's called Maine and Market Partners. And with that, we're exploring the intersection of faith and work. And in a recent retreat, had the challenge to rewrite the Lord's Prayer in honor of our work. And so this is a liturgy for Council Tuesdays. Our Father who art in heaven, join our city leaders in today's work. May Chattanooga be a new Jerusalem flowing with your justice, mercy, and righteousness through Christ our Lord. Give us today the resources and wisdom we need to represent the people of District One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, and Nine. And steward the 1910 souls who call our city home. Forgive us our pride and self-reliance. Inspire us to readily humble ourselves and forgiveness of others. Protect us from the temptations of impatience, arrogance, and callousness. Keep our ears alert to the sound of suffering, our minds attuned to the impacts of chaos, and our hearts open to new perspectives. Rescue us from ourselves and our assumptions. We don't have any committee or department reports at the top of our meeting, so we won't be coming back for for those uh after this. Um we have some items that are ordinances under final reading. If you have any questions or concerns, please hit your light. I will note that after today's agenda session, we will have uh an attorney client meeting. Um okay, ordinances under first reading. We have several planning items up for consideration tonight. The first three are um related to the code overall. And the first item that is a planning case is item D. Uh, Councilman Elliott and Councilman Burst, you have your lights lit. Is it um for items A, B, or C? No. Okay, all right. Then I'm gonna go ahead and address item D before we move on to the next one. So item D is in District 2. Um, and we have received a formal request from the applicant to withdraw this case. So I would welcome a motion to withdraw um case 2025 0168. Thank you. Okay, councilman Elliott. Thank you, madam chair. Um, councilman Clark is unable to join us today, so he has asked for a couple things pertaining to item E. Um, we are going to hear from uh the Karen and the developer for this item as their most recent plans they're drawing up, and he is also going to be seeking for a deferment until March 24th for this.
