The Chattanooga Beer Board met on July 2, 2026, at approximately 12:55 PM. Chair called the meeting to order, noting sign-in requirements for Sunshine Law compliance. The board reviewed several beer permit applications, including a temporary permit for a fundraising event and two applications for expansions. Officers election was postponed until a full board is present. The meeting adjourned after no further business.

There sure have. We have approved uh beer 1421. It's gonna be nine brothers at um 101 West 38th Street. That was just approved by zoning and regulatory, literally five minutes ago. Okay. Um baby Huey's beer 1423 was approved by me this morning. Uh refined image beer 1412 at uh 11,820 gun. I think that's just 1820 gun barrel road. Um it was approved by me this morning and Maxivilla 103 Cherokee Boulevard, a beer 1418 was also approved by me this morning. All right, very good. Um Bertha, you have any other approvals or anything? Okay, very good. All right, thank you very much. Appreciate that. So uh we will now go to uh new temporary permit beer applications, and Bertha, if you'll read the first one for us, please, ma'am. Blueprints for the future, Jeff Gear. Hope I pronounced that right, is make an application on behalf of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga for a temporary beer permit has not had a beer permit for such an event. The event is scheduled for September 24th, 2026 from 5 30 p.m. to 7 30 p.m. at 1826 Reggie White Boulevard. The location is owned by Hamilton County and City of Chattanooga, and I don't have a zone on it. Okay, all right. All right, Mr. Gere, if you'll come up, uh please, sir. Thank you.
