First, I'd like to thank Josh McCutcheon for presenting the financials last at the last board meeting.

Um I was out.

My wife and I were expect had uh welcomed our second child.

So if uh Congratulations, if any of you after the meeting want to see some cute baby photos, just let me know.

So I got plenty of them.

Just don't make her any brownies, and we know what that is, right?

I know exactly what you mean.

So with that being said, I'd like to delve into the financials.

Uh first let's look at the page titled Sports Authority Financial Progress Report.

If we can uh hopefully get that pulled up.

I would like to highlight some specific uh format changes since the last meeting.

Uh first, we've provided two sets of data uh which allows the board to compare current year versus the inception of the project.

The column titled Sports Authority Project to Date is the column showing the amounts since the beginning of the project.

The column to the right of that labeled FY26 is the fiscal year to date.

Uh for now, we're showing fiscal year 26, which spans July 2025 to June 2026.

Um with the expectation that in the future board meetings we're going to show FY27 going forward.

So you'll be able to compare FY27 to inception to date.

Um we haven't shown FY27 on this statement since uh there's been very little activity in this fiscal year.

Most of the amounts would either been zero or very small amounts.

So hopefully going forward you'll see more activity.

Uh second, I like uh to show the rest of the statement is in the similar format to the previous one, uh, in that the balance sheet accounts are shown at the top half of the page, whereas the sources and uses uh are provided at the bottom half of the date.

Uh lastly, I want to highlight some key points uh which are in the sources and uses section.

Most notably sales tax show uh an asterisk because that is the amount received through May of 2026.

We are still expecting some additional funds, uh, which will be represented on the next statement.

Is it 25 or six?

Uh through May of 2026.

There's an asterisk and it shows a little note at the bottom.

Yeah, it says 25.

Oh, that's a typo on my side.

My apologies.

But yes, that's supposed to read May of 2026.

So that's the conclusion of my high-level overview.

And what I'm hearing is the project to date is through June 30th of 26th, isn't it right?

And so we just don't have we have July August that's not reported on yet, correct?
