I think it's easy to have a question. So I guess the question is good afternoon and uh welcome to the planning commission work session for September 15th. Uh we'll now call the work session to order. Uh first on the agenda our request to postpone action, emergency additions, changes in the order of presentation. Uh do any of our commissioners want to make any changes or additions to the agenda. All right. That uh brings us uh to today's agenda. Mr. Donaho, what do you just like to discuss the six PM cases? Yes, good afternoon. Madam Chair, members of the commission. Um we do have um this evening, we've got two cases, so it's a fairly light load this evening. Our first case, this case twenty-five SN one three three zero. This is in the Melothean Magisterial District. This is the Ramos Goodsbridge rezoning and adjustments case, which is a request to rezone from neighborhood business and B. And semi-urban neighborhood SU uh corridor commercial CC with conditional use to permit a commercial tractor uh excuse me, commercial contractor services business with outside storage with with fleet parking. Uh, the request also includes multiple adjustments to ordinance requirements on four point three one acres. Um for property that's known as twenty six eleven Goodsbridge Road. Staff is recommending approval of this request and it's uh been placed in your consent agenda. And then our second case and last case for this evening is case twenty-six and two one one three in the Matoka Magisterial District. This is the Weatherford Clay Point Road rezoning, which is a request to rezone from suburban community SC to agricultural on forty-one point four eight acres, known as sixty-two hundred clay point road. And staff is recommending approval, and this is also been placing your consent agenda. I'd be happy to answer any questions on what we have before you this evening. Any questions? Thank you, Mr. Donahoe. Thank you. All right. Next step is approval of the August eighteenth planning commission minutes. Do we have a motion to approve? So move. Second. Thank you. Madam Clerk, will you take the vote? Miss Hardin. Aye. Mr. Petrovski. Aye. Mr. Sloan. Mr. Chapman. Madam Chair, the vote is unanimous. The motion passes. Thank you.
