The Clark County Planning Commission held a briefing meeting on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Commission Chambers. Chair Edward Frasier III presided. Staff reviewed the January 20, 2026 Planning Commission agenda, including routine and non-routine items. Commissioner Vivian Kilarski noted that Item #5 would be heard separately and Item #18 would be held to February 3, 2026. Jason Allswang reported an upcoming ordinance on Title 30 changes. We'll begin our uh no item nine or item number number two in our agenda. The next item on the agenda is approval of the agenda after any additions, holds, or deletions. At this time, staff request the following hold to February 3rd for 2026 planning commission meeting for the applicant. Items uh eleven VS twenty-five eight zero eight three zero. Um the next item on the agenda is approval of the agenda after any additions, hold or deletions at this time. Step request the following hold to February 3rd, 2026 planning commission meeting for the applicant. Uh they are item items eleven, uh VS twenty-five zero eight three zero, item twelve, zero uh UC twenty-five zero eight three one, uh item number twenty, WS twenty-five zero two seven. Uh for the applicant's information, additional renotification fees may be required in accordance with title thirty for the items held or deleted, or if there are modification to the original application. The above public hearing items. Uh if there are modification uh public hearing items are going to be open as public hearing immediately recess until let me uh backtrack for a second here that um in addition to the the listed items that we have here on the opener. Um item number five, UC twenty-five zero six six eight. Um is to be uh held. No, we're we're going to find out if the applicant is going to be here. Um he was another he was a no-show again at town board. If he's here, I will pull it. As a public hearing item. As a public hearing so that he can at least present and then I can make a decision. If he's not here, then I will probably still pull it and then probably don't deny it because he's been a no-show for three times. Commissioners, we heard from the applicant, they're probably going to be withdrawing that item. Okay. But I'm not gonna live on probably. But they do still owe us a renotification fee. So we will go ahead and uh begin with uh routine item uh items um four through sixteen here.
