The Las Vegas Stadium Authority met on February 23, 2026, to receive the annual community benefits report from the Las Vegas Raiders, hear public testimony, and conduct routine business. The board unanimously approved the agenda and minutes from the previous meeting. Public commenters and board members alike praised the Raiders' extensive community investments, which were detailed in a presentation by Piper Overstreet White, Senior Vice President of Government and Community Affairs.

Um, you know, I wanted to have uh board members um wanted to introduce themselves. So Peter, let's start with you since you're way on the end down there, you know, we can already see you. I know, and I'm I meant to bring that up that I'm getting tired of you putting me at the end all the time. Like I'm a troublemaker. Uh, my name is Peter Guzman. I have the honor and pleasure of being the president of the Latin Chamber of Commerce, and more importantly, uh, here since we uh picked up some dirt and moved it, and now we have this thing called the allegiance stadium, which is absolutely incredible. Thank you. All right, everybody. I'm Dr. Lawrence Weekly. Um was appointed by the Board of County Commissioners and I'm with the College of Southern Nevada. Uh good morning, everyone. My name is Christopher Sotaroulos. I'm our um the vice president of stadium operations for the Las Vegas Raiders. Um, and I think it was fun. We were reminiscing this morning. These meetings um for some of us have been eight years going. So um just been a part of it from day one, and just again excited that we get to all come together today. Thank you, Chris. But my name is Monica Ford, president of M3 Strategies, as well as superintendent at Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Education and Community Advocate. Uh Vince Kristasik, president, Southern Nevada Officials Association. Uh SNOA for short. What we do is we supply, which you know as well, and you know some of our referees. Uh, we supply all of the high school, middle school youth referees for Southern Nevada. We got about 1,200 people to work for us. So, what I do want to speak on briefly is the what the Raiders have done specifically for SNOA.
