Good morning. Good morning. That didn't work. Good morning, everybody. Welcome to the March, is the microphone on. Good morning, and welcome to the March 3rd meeting of the Clark County Commission. Good morning, Kevin. Good morning, Chair and Commissioners. Commissioner McCurdy. Well, thank you. I'll I'll begin by inviting the Sumnew team to join us up here. We're absolutely thrilled to help recognize 20 years of an extraordinary uh business that has been operating here in Clark County and uh more than a business, it's really become a community partner. Uh Sean Dell and his entire family and team is a true partner of Clark County and the extended boards that we serve on. Throughout their years, they have provided outreach uh to many of the organizations for many of the organizations that we work with. And I have to say, as a uh personal note, Sean Dell, uh, aside from being a resident of District A, and I and I know Commissioner McCurdy and I are sharing the pride today, uh, but he is also a public meetings like today, often the only ray of light when it comes to our public comment. He always has something positive to say about community, whether it's uh this board or uh like uh LVC VA where Commissioner Gibson and I serve. Uh and Chandell, we appreciate you, your family, and your entire team for the service over 20 years to Clark County. Commissioner McCurdy. Yes, um, as Commissioner uh and our chairman has stated, he is a uh constituent of district A, but his business is in District D, and we're so very proud of the work that you do, not only uh through the ability to employ so many people, often young people in our community, but also uh making sure that we continue to grow and enhance the economic output of Clark County due to your efforts. Uh so we recognize you, we congratulate you, and thank you for keeping uh some new moving forward, and I'm sure you're gonna tell us something new uh soon. Let's give a round of applause for some new marketers. Well, um, I wasn't gonna say much because I CEO and my daughter, uh, who is the next generation of some new who would actually is a classmate of uh Will McCurdy at uh Palaverdi High School. So um, I was gonna give the microphone to her, but we are a 20-year um small business. Uh and and years ago when my father passed away, who was my first investor, uh, we actually rebranded to some new marketing because uh it was his dream to have generational wealth in our family. We grew up in I grew up in Brooklyn, and that was his first thing was to buy a home and uh make sure that we understood uh what is what it's like to look at next generation. So years ago when my father passed away, my daughter came in and said uh we're going to keep grandpa's dream alive. So I'll give it to her and let her finish up. Thank you. Thank you. That was a quick five to seven minutes. I need to I need to channel my military uh sense of urgency. Um thank you guys for this honor and recognition. Twenty years is an incredible milestone um as a family and as a company, we give honor to God always because we've been through quite a bit on this journey, and as my dad said, um, as a founder, it was very important for my grandfather to see his legacy continue. Um I'm very honored during women's history month that we have a team mostly comprised of all women. No offense of Kenna and Chandell, but um my dad has always been a leader who is not afraid to let women lead, not afraid to follow strong bold black women. And so I'm very grateful for his vision for our company and then for the many companies that he really won't get credit for for inspiring them to follow their dreams, myself included with my other business. So I figured my mom's here, she doesn't want to say anything, but she is also a co-owner of the family uh firm, as well as my cousin. So happy women's history month. Thank you. Commissioners, your next item is to acknowledge and honor exceptional women and women's organizations in Clark County to commemorate Women's History Month. Good morning, and uh I want to thank everybody that came today. So we always love when there's a full house, and as you might have heard during the water district, uh this is the start of Women's History Month, where we acknowledge amazing women through strength, achievements, and really the impact for the younger generation. So we have a little bit of um uh show for you all. So we ask that you be patient because it really is uh in over the years that we've done this, we've learned so much about how many women back in the 1800s started as maybe the first women's lobbyists in the state of Nevada uh state of Nevada, how we've learned how many of our schools are named after uh first educators that were women, and so today is no different. We are going to start with the Nevada State women's uh the Nevada State Museum, which is a women's history uh who has many things on display. So, Cassidy, you want to come down and get us started?
