The Clark County Planning Commission held a briefing meeting on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers at the Clark County Government Center. Chair Edward Frasier III presided, with Commissioners Leslie Mujica (via teleconference), Tyler Brady, Vivian Kilarski, and Nelson Stone present. Commissioners Steve Kirk and Michael Roitman were excused. Staff from Comprehensive Planning and Public Works presented items from the upcoming March 3, 2026 Planning Commission agenda. No public comments were received, and no votes or decisions were taken, as this was a briefing session.

- Item 4 (UC 250847): Use permits to allow temporary events longer than 10 days, more than 12 events per year, live entertainment, and a farmer's market on an additional 86.97 acres (total 193.97 acres). Today we have items four through nine that are routine items, and items 10 and 11 that are non-routine. I'll start with item four. UC 250847. This is uh use permits to allow temporary events longer than 10 days, allow them for more than more than 12 events a year, allow live entertainment and a farmer's market. Um essentially, they already have this approved on a hundred acres, 107 acres to be a ZAC, and this is expanding another 86.97 acres to be a total of uh 193.97 acres. Staff recommends approval. Um this is at the Las Vegas Harley Davidson off Las Vegas Boulevard and Russell, and they're proposing to host two to three events per month, generally occurring on the weekends, and staff recommends approval, Paradise Town Board recommended approval, and there are no cards in support or protest. Item number seven is a vacation VS26-0001. And this is to vacate a 20-foot wide drainage and flood control easement on the property as upstream development has altered the existing drainage flows in the area. Staff recommends approval, Sunrise Manor Town Board recommended approval. There are no cards in support or letters, and there's five cards, four letters in opposition.
