Yeah, that item is not scheduled for a public hearing, so this would be the time to speak. Okay. Anyway, my name is Mark McIntyre. I live at 3408 Wilmot in Las Vegas. I own the properties at 3408 and 3450. I live three doors down from this project, this proposed project. I asked the commissioners not to approve the zone change at this time. It doesn't meet the definition of mixed use. This project will not create a better and more livable neighborhood the way it's planned. It will only make Frontier Pioneer and Wilmont Streets have even more blight than they have now. Frontier will become even more of a skid row. It will become a back alley with even more homeless openly doing drugs, which I deal with on a daily basis. Have no sidewalks or street lamps. There's only four fire hydrants in the entire neighborhood of the Spring Mountain Estates. Maybe I'll just put up a six-foot wall like most of the houses on Frontier already have. Thank you.
