So I want to welcome everyone to the Planning Commission meeting for Tuesday, March 17th.

So everyone, so the first item on our agenda is public comment.

Um this is a part of the meeting where anyone can come down and make public comments on the record.

Um this particular um section of the meeting, the planning commission cannot vote or speak on any of those public comments, but you're more than welcome to come down.

Good evening, Mr.

Chairman, honorable members of the Clark County Planning Commission.

The next item on the agenda is approval of the agenda after any additions, holds, or deletions at this time.

Staff requests the following.

Hold the file into the April 21st, 2026 Planning Commission meeting per the applicant's representative item number 30, PA 26, 7004, item number 31, ZC 26056, item 32, VS 260057, item 33, WS 26058, and item number 34 TM 265011.

For the public's information, the corresponding Board of County Commissioners meeting date will change from April 22nd, 2026 to May 20th, 2026 for the aforementioned items.

For the applicant's information, additional renotification fees may be required in accordance with Title Thirty from items held or deleted, or if there are modifications, the original application.

These are for items numbers 30 through 34.

If there are no requests by the planning commission or any members of the public, the agenda stands ready for your approval.

For the audience's information, items on the night's agenda or final action unless appealed to the Board of County Commissioners or otherwise announced.

All appeals must be filed in writing to the comprehensive planning department by 5 o'clock PM on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026.

And any appeals from tonight's meeting will be heard by the Board of County Commissioners on Wednesday, April 22nd, 2026 at 9 o'clock a.m.

in these chambers.

Per title 30, an aggrieved person may appeal an item.

An aggrieved person includes the applicant, someone who attended this meeting in person or through an authorized representative or someone who has submitted comments in writing, which may include a postcard or a letter.

Members in the audience must complete the meeting sign-in sheet found near the dais to confirm their attendance at this meeting.

Mailed notices of appealed applications will be sent to the property owners within the same notification radius as the original application and to those listed on the meeting sign-in sheet.

Additionally, any person may call the comprehensive planning department at 702-455-4314 or go to the county's meeting agenda web page and review the meeting notice of final action to find out if any items have been appealed.

Next are the routine action items, which consist of items four through seven, except those items that were previously deleted.

These items may be considered together in one motion and are subject to the conditions listed with each item.

If there are no objections, the public hearing is now open and the routine action portion of the agenda stands ready for approval.
