Uh before we begin with public comment, I'll note for the record the Commissioner McCurdy is participating telephonically today.

Uh at this time, uh, we'll open the public forum.

This is the first opportunity for public comment on the item on today's agenda.

Anyone wishing to speak, please come forward at this time.

Chair, members of the commission.

Um, item number three today is to receive a report from the registrar of voters, canvas the returns of the twenty twenty-six primary election, which was held on June 9th, 2026, and direct the registrar to submit a copy of the abstract of votes cast to the Nevada Secretary of State within ten days after the election.

Good afternoon.

We are here today to canvas the twenty twenty-six primary election.

I have provided packets for your review, including a copy of the official election results.

The Clark County School District, Gallery at Sunset and Meadows Mall, shopping centers throughout the valley who graciously let us stage our tents in their lots, Sun City communities, private county and city community centers, the Las Vegas Clark County Library District, excuse me, supermarkets such as Seafood City, and Cardenas.

New partner sites included IKEA, downtown Summerlin, Lake Las Vegas, Hilton, the Cadence Community, and Somerset Academy Sky Canyon.

Our Clark County family, especially County Manager, Kevin Schiller, Leslie Shell, Lisa Logsden, Jennifer Cooper, Stephanie Wheatley, and everyone in the Office of Public Safety, the many county and city departments who provided volunteers to work early voting, election day, and election night support.

The city clerks of Boulder City, Henderson, Las Vegas Mesquite, and North Las Vegas are truly part of our election team and provided tremendous support throughout the election cycle.

Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas Halls are all serving as long-term sites during early voting and election day.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to every member of the election department, both temporary and permanent.

Approximately 3,000 election workers helped administer this election.

They are dedicated public servants whose hard work ensured the integrity of the election cycle.

They overcame exhaustion and numerous challenges with professionalism and grace.

Clark County is stronger because of their efforts, and I am honored to work alongside them.

At this time, I will read the official Canvas results into the record and take any questions you may have.

The results of the June 9th, 2026 primary election were campus comparing the computer printout of ballots counted and the results thereof with the official ballot statement for each of the 1,021 precincts utilized in this election.

There were 82 discrepancies in the 276,494 ballots cast in the 1,021 precincts.

15 voters fled the ballot marking device prior to casting their vote.

Twelve were reactivation errors, 55 voting in the wrong precinct.

However, there were no tabulation errors in the 1,021 precincts, and the foregoing irreconcilable differences would not alter the outcome of any contest in the primary election.

522 provisional ballots were cast during the election.

479 were verified and counted.

43 were not accepted.

Audits were performed according to NRS 293B on the hash code of our tabulator machines and the voter verified paper audit trail.

No discrepancies were found.

The accuracy certification board also certified the functionality of our tabulation systems, including our mail ballot readers, BMD voting machines, and agilist mail ballot processing machines.

All systems were found to be 100% in accurate in the tabulation of votes and processing of mail ballots.

The tests were performed before the start of early voting, the day before early voting, and a post-election test the day after the election.

There were no tabulation errors in the 121, I'm sorry, 1,021 precincts.

Therefore, as the duly appointed Registrar of Voters of Clark County, Nevada, I do hereby certify to the Clark County Board of Commissioners that the results of the canvas of this election are deemed certifiable.

For the record, my name is Adriana Eninger.

That's spelled ADRIANA, last name E N I N G E R.

And I am the Southern Nevada Democracy Coordinator with Silver State Voices.

We are a nonpartisan nonprofit organization whose mission centers around building a more robust democracy by expanding voter access for historically underrepresented communities.

I'm here today to express my appreciation to all of our election workers and the register of voters Lorena Portio for their hard work and dedication this primary election cycle.

Conducting elections requires countless hours of preparation and commitment to serving our community.

My organization leads a nonpartisan election production volunteer poll monitoring program every election cycle.

We are proud to say that we had volunteers out at throughout Clark County during early voting and election day.

Our nonpartisan volunteers reported that polling locations operated smoothly and that our election workers maintained professionalism and were helpful when assisting voters.

When issues did arise, the Register of Voters and Vote Center staff resolved them promptly and skillfully.

These observations reflect the hard work of Lorena, her team, and the many poll workers who help ensure that every voter can accessibly participate in the election process.

I'm the campaign manager for All Voting as Local Action Nevada.

We are an organization that advocates for policies and legislation that expands voter access.

I am here to support the canvas of the 2026 primary election.

Thousands of voters across the county participated in this year's primary election to make their voices heard by either voting in person, submitting their mail ballot, or using Nevada ease.

Administering elections at this high level is due to the hard work and dedication of the Registrar Voters, Lorena Portillo, her staff, and the countless election workers.

Their efforts to ensure all eligible voters could vote and that their vote was counted does not go unnoticed, and we extend our utmost gratitude.

Certifying the election is this next mandatory step to guarantee the voices of Nevadans are heard and protected.

I urge the county commission to certify this election.
