So this is part of our ongoing task to try to keep our class specs updated so that they currently reflect the duties of the position.

And so this is just for the facilities project manager updating to reflect the current functions of the position.

Any questions or comments I just have a comment or question I guess on page two paragraph nine there was a change that it doesn't make sense the way it reads it um starts approve or recommend for approval payments to contractors upon completed completion of throughout phases of construction.

Either it I think it should be upon completion of scheduled phases of construction or scheduled completion of certain phases of construction.

This is that the wording is awkward.

Okay we will make that note scheduled completion of certain phases of construction or actually throughout I believe the language of certain they wanted to remove that so it's throughout so completion throughout phases of construction through that doesn't sound isn't completion or maybe completion throughout maybe it's just taking out the of okay it just there's just it's an awkward schedule completion throughout phases of construction.
