The next item of business is section section two, the consent agenda.

So for the board's consideration today, we have eight eligibility lists, six lists consisting of police recruit for June, corrections recruit for June, cadet for June, electronic equipment installer, crime prevention specialist, and accounting technician that are open competitive, and two promotional lists consisting of corrections captain and unmanned aerial system specialist, also known as drone pilot.

All of this are there for uh your review, and I'm available for any questions on those.

The next item on the agenda is section three under business item.

Um approve the update of the facilities maintenance coordinator classification specification.

So this class specification hasn't been updated uh since 2002, so there was a significant need for us to uh update it to make it more closely match the position itself.

Uh so you have copies of that in front of you.

I'm not going to go through every single change, uh but there were uh changes to the definition section, the essential functions uh section, uh removal of marginal functions, uh, and then uh some updates to the qualifications uh as well as ability to uh and then under the physical conditions uh as you see there that uh those were updated to closer match uh what we currently use on our class specifications rather than the old language that was on there.

And uh if you have specific questions about any of the changes in there, uh then I'm happy to address those as well.

So for this class spec that it has been updated fairly recently in 2021.

Uh so there are no significant changes here.

Uh most of them are housekeeping, uh, but there is uh some clarification on the distinguishing characteristics in the addition of uh lead under ability to the work lead and participate in a team environment because they are a lead worker classification, and so that was added in there to clarify what their responsibilities would be.

And uh other than that, that's uh if you have questions that are specific to those, then I'm happy to address those as well.
