Uh we'll have uh one item on um uh root on the routine agenda with the remaining on the non-routine.

Uh the first uh item number five is uh waiver of conditions, uh mainly to uh basically to um allow a different differing uh type of tree and spacing in the uh buffer landscape buffer in the rear of the property.

Uh item number six is gonna be the use permit that's gonna be to allow light manufacturing, outdoor storage, uh a variety of waivers for parking, residential adjacency, and buffering and screening.

Uh effectively what they do there is they remanufacture automotive steering components and then they need the uh outside storage to contain those parts.

Uh generally we don't have a problem with the manufacturing use itself.
