So on our new business, we have a SD 2600 two, which is a preliminary plat of Rachel Court at 215 Potters Lane and Clayton Baylor will be representing.

Uh this is a subdivision plat preliminary plat for 215 Potters.

Uh this property was annexed by the town about two weeks ago.

Uh it is it was in the county as an R2 zone property, and it came into the town also as an R2 zone property.

It is a preliminary plant, so they will come back again next month.

Uh but so far they meet every criteria that the town has, uh with the exception of one.

Uh point to item 14.

It's on the second page, uh, the back of the first page of the checklist.

Uh this is proposal proposals for connection with existing supply and sanitary sewer systems.

Because this just got annexed, there is no we don't know exactly where the sewers are going to connect through.

There is a line along Potters and there will be a connection, uh, but we're still working that out with Clarksville Wastewater where that connection is actually going to going to exist.

Uh but other than that, they meet all the criteria for preliminary plat approval.

Uh if you want to look at what the plat will look like, uh it is on pages two and three of this report.

Can I add to that?

Well, I did my survey, I did locate all the utilities, so I can add the uh serumane or so where it is if needed.
