Discussion about easements with Clark's Landing property. The parking lot at The George is expected to reach base coat asphalt in 4-6 weeks.

  • Veridus Group – The George (Andrea Kissel): Foundation work, masonry, and rough-in plumbing are progressing. Stairwell B masonry is complete; elevator B work continues. Transformer enclosure lid poured. The next 30 days will focus on stairwell A and C, elevator A and C, and slab preparation.
  • Commissioner comment: The George building will block significant light from the north side of current A12.
• Business Items:
  • Change Order No. 2 – Shields Access Road/Detention Basin: A 42-day time extension (no cost change) due to weather delays. New completion date: August 27, 2026. Approved unanimously.
  • Request for Funding – Fire Department: Chief Brent Wilson requested additional time to obtain warranty information for a proposed apparatus purchase. No action taken; item will return at a future meeting.
