Uh so in 2025, the applicant requested annexation into the town uh for the development of a town home project known as Fairway Reserve.

The annexation was approved by the council and a plat and a development plan were approved by the Planning Commission.

The project called for 68 individually platted townhomes.

Uh recently the applicant has revised this plan down from 68 townhomes to 43 single family homes.
