The Clarksville Board of Zoning Appeals met on October 28, 2026, at the Clarksville Administration Building. The board approved the prior meeting minutes, approved two variances, and tabled one old-business item and one new-business signage item.
Is that going? Okay. I totally sorry. I'm falling off my job. Getting distracted. Yes. I will call the October 28th meeting at the Clarksville Board of Zoning Appeals to order. The first order of business is the Pledge of Allegiance. I plague allegiance to the flag of the United States of America. And to the Republic for research stamps, one nation under God. Liberty and chest were off. Copy of the minutes are here and we sent them around. Do we have a motion to approve the minutes? I'll motion to approve. Second. In favor, show of hands. Okay. So we can do that. All right. The uh first order of business under old business has been tabled. And so we will move on to new business. Um I will address this one real quickly. The applicant is not here. This is a joint uh park and town project. Um I would ask that this also be tabled. I think we do need a vote to table that this is this is for traffic signage directing people toward Origin Park. Okay. Uh but it uh would maybe we hold off until the end to see if they show up. But if they're not, we can table it then. So we'll move on to the next order of business, which is V 260023, variance for a wall sign height at 706 East Lewis and Clark. Jim Glass will be attending. Yep. Mr. Glass, if you will uh state your name and address for the record. And then after you do that, we'll have the staff report. After that, you can speak and add anything you'd like. Again, my name is Jim Glass. I'm at 1721 Harden Ridge Road in Coridon. Okay. All right.
