- 4.2 Vesting Requests: Approved requests by Michael Beaver (Police Department) and Andrew Sullivan (Fire Department) to vest their pensions per Section 2.419 of the Employees' Pension Plan. (Unanimous)
- 4.3 Regular Pension Requests: Approved regular pension requests for nine employees: David Clark (Planning & Development), John Klinefelter (Fire), Gary Martinez (Police), Norton McGiffin (Public Works), Gabriel Parra (Economic Development & Housing), Marvin Pettingill (Fire), Terry Swatzell (Parks & Recreation), Anita “Lynn” Vincent (Finance), and Cheryl Wood (Police), as provided by Sections 2.416 and 2.424 of the Employees’ Pension Plan. (Unanimous)
