- New Business Item 4.3 (ID#25-1311): Approved the requests of employees Nathan Ballouz (Fire), Thelma Catio (Parks and Recreation), David Derrick (Police), Darrell Ford (Public Works), Shawn Lawrentz (Fire), John Llauget (Parks and Recreation), Frank McCormick (Solid Waste & Recycling), Jennifer Pauley (Fire), Mark Plyler (Gas), John Savage (Fire), Brian Schonborn (Fire), and Chris VanOpdorp (Fire) for regular pensions under Sections 2.416 and 2.424 of the Employees’ Pension Plan.

Agenda item 4.2. Approve the following request of employees, Renault Chuchu, Parks and Recreation Departments, Brian Doer, General Services Department, Keith McReynolds, Parks and Recreation Department, and Sean Witherspoon, Police Department's investor pension as provided by section 2.419 of the employees pension plan.
