Flexible development approval for social and community centers, the Carlawell Yacht Club, accessory outdoor amenities, tennis courts, and pool area, and overnight cabanas in the institutional and preservation districts as a camp comprehensive infill redevelopment project for the property located at 1091 El Dorado Avenue.

Does anyone wish to have this matter removed from the consent agenda?

All right, so as noted, just a reminder the August CDB meeting will be on a Thursday next month, so that's Thursday, August 20th.

The second announcements I wanted to make as a reminder that on um July 30th, the city is hosting the night at North Ward.

So that's at the historic North Ward Elementary School from 5 30 to 8 o'clock p.m.

We're inviting residents, community stakeholders, developers, investors, and preservation advocates to experience the historic North Ward School and help shape its future.

We're gonna have an evening with self-guided tours, community conversation and refreshments as we celebrate the property's history, discuss redevelopment opportunities and possibilities, and gather ideas.

So we're really hoping to reach out to in particular our development partners and try to find the right person to partner with for this project, um, which is uh um three out of the five buildings are designated historic locally as well as at the national level.

That was July 30th or something.

That would be on July 30th from 5:30 to 8 p.m.

So you can stop and go.

There will be um parking kind of scattered and um shuttles there, but like I said, there will be refreshments, and we're working closely with the historical society.

Um, they're bringing in some of the old furniture.

We have some great videos and other memorabilia as well.

So um, even if you're just interested in it, but please share with Hair Networks as well.
