Approval of Minutes

- Transfer of Funds – Public Safety Sales Tax – Transferred $400,000 from Public Safety Sales Tax – Personnel (209500-51000) to Public Safety Sales Tax – M&O (209500-54000) for Detention Facility M&O expenses for the remainder of FY26. Approved unanimously.
- District #3 Transfer from Capitol Outlay – Transferred $119,646.67 from Capitol Outlay (100930-55000) to District #3 M&O (100930-54000) for road maintenance, correcting an earlier misallocation. Approved unanimously.
- District #3 Transfer from Lease/Purchase – Transferred $14,215.86 from District #3 Lease/Purchase (100931-50000) to District #3 M&O (100930-54000) to cover a surplus due to delayed equipment delivery, for road maintenance. Approved unanimously.
Board Member Statements
- A board member announced the launch of a new mobile app from the Sheriff's Office, featuring alerts for weather and courthouse incidents, an offender watch for sex and violent offenders, and a jail roster with inmate photos. The app is free to download via QR code. The board encouraged its use.
