Notice the meeting was properly posted on February twentieth, two thousand twenty-six. For the purpose of this agenda, action means any of the following. Amending, approving, approving as amended, deferring, denying, giving instruction to staff, making a rec recommendation to another public body, receiving documents or presentations, referring to committee, reconsider uh reconsidering, reopening, return and striking, or postponing the item. Our first agenda item is approval of the minutes discussion possible action regarding the approval of the Board of County Commissioners minutes for February seventeenth, two thousand twenty-six. Second. Roll call. Yes. Yes. Motion carried. Next item on the agenda be public comment. We have any signed up. Items two through twenty-eight on the agenda are consent items. Items on the consent agenda are routine in nature. And approved with a single vote. However, any item on the consent agenda is subject to individual consideration at the request of the member of the body. Yes. Yes. Yes. The first bid is for discussion of possible action regarding countywide bid twenty-one eighty-three to purchase and delivery of archival roller shelves for Cleveland County. So I would recommend going ahead and awarding to them. That is my motion. A second okay. Yes. Yes. Motion carried. Okay, number two, the discussion and possible action regarding bid highway 2182, three-month non-encumbered contract to provide materials and installation for asphaltic concrete, uh concrete base and surface course hot mix slash hot laid asphalt. The bid term will be from March 1st, 2026 through May 31st of uh 2026. And we've got Coastal Energy Corporation, Aragon Asphalt and Emulsions, and Vance Brothers LLC. Those were all bids received on this. My uh recommendation is to uh accept these bids and postpone for tabulation. That's my motion. I second painter, yes, yes, motion carry. Okay. Next on agenda is unfinished business discussion, consideration, or action regarding the following items, discussion possible action regarding bid SA it's SHE 2180, a one-year non-encumbered contract. I'm sorry, um yeah, Mr. Folks. I awarded those or opened those differently. The first bid to open was countywide. Did I say that wrong? Uh 2183. Yeah, I believe you took item number 32 on number 30.
