Uh notice is meeting was properly posted on May 15th, 2026. Uh item number one is approval of minutes, discussion possible action regarding approval of board of county commissioners minutes from Monday, May 11th, 2026. Oh, I have a second motion and a second roll call please. Cleveland. Uh aye. Motion carried. Uh public comment. Uh consent items. Commissioners, uh, do you guys have anything you want full? I do have a quick note. Uh clerk's note on item twenty-nine should have actually been put under county clerk. Uh as an item under county clerk, and then item number thirty is a clean book of item number twenty-nine. So it's just right, are you? Yeah, with the approval of consent on this, I would just um move that we strike thirty from the agenda. But commissioner have anything else you want. I had a question on seventeen. I was just making sure I just wanted to ask council if that's if that's similar to a previous one that we had back in earlier this year and everything, as far as like um the right twenty-five. Whatever we had the the uh the uh attorney that came in and spoke to us and everything. No, sir, this is completely different. Okay. This is uh under a different statute. He was that attorney was claiming to be under the statute of the status. We're not consistent with the language in the contract, but this is strictly here. It is very different than what his representation is. Okay, all right. No, that was it. Okay. Uh with that, uh make a motion that we approve the consent items. Um putting the clerk's note or put it under 29 for uh for the clerk and then striking items inside that same motion. Have a motion, leave a second. Sorry. Motion and second roll call. Aye.
