Based on information I obtained through an open record request, I'm aware of information and concerns that I believe more overreviewed by appropriate boards. Given the nature of these concerns, I respect your request. The matter be referred to the federal vote of your investigations for public corruption division for you to get a review and determination of whether any violation of the law can occur. The rationale for this request is not to accuse any individual of rolling, but rather to ensure transparency, accountability, and public confidence in the integrity of the county government and law enforcement. And independently, you would help determine the facts and provide assurance that any concerns are evaluated for the preserve public trust and process while these concerns are reviewed. I respectfully request that the board commands suspend the forego of the current circuit appointment process and instead called for special election to allow the citizens of the county to submit for next year.
