Discussion Items
- Status Report from Classen Family Medicine: Emergency Manager George Mauldin was scheduled to present, but the update was provided by Chairman Cleveland. The arrangement was described as a two-thirds contract. The committee noted the update.
- Nationwide Retirement Program: The committee discussed efforts to have a Nationwide representative present to county employees. The program is available but interest has been low. Chairman Cleveland indicated he will attempt to schedule a representative for a future meeting.

Cleveland here. Or I've said uh Lady Ward. We have a quarrel. I don't want to suspicious plus five or approval minutes. Second. All right. Um I have two discussion actually report from Class. But uh I didn't speak to him. And the only thing that can update is uh uh Saras. She might have one prize. Um the class and care picks up part of it. We pick out part of it. And then uh and then the uh the employee um picks up part of it. So yeah, with an increase, I think it ends up being ten if it's a ten dollar increase or something, it's five dollars too. So that's gonna be a and that's gonna be uh a two-thirds contract uh on landing. So that's all that I want to update uh specifically that's kind of a thing else or um and then and then the other thing, the only other thing was is that um uh we I will try to attempt to get an kind of meeting the nationwide nationwide is a name preferred retirement and everything and we have that available, but we've never had anybody from nationwide be able to come in like a red in a while. No, I don't and I and I keep I keep buying the nationwide everything stuff, you know, to uh to have a wrap in here and everything stuff. Um always before whenever we have a com everybody that's reminded to uh the opers and everything stuff, so we kind of like there wasn't there wasn't a lot of uh a lot of uh interest and different participation and everything stuff, other than if you want to just do it by yourself, you know, separately and everything and stuff uh because there is a cost, but I was gonna I was gonna engage nationwide and see if we can get um get some uh get some talk because there might be some there might be some people that might find that again that printing stuff and uh everything and and they do have a good they do have do have a good name program. But other than that, um I don't have anything. Uh anybody else. Okay. Um do we have that update on the Like the check has been dispersed? We've got the check. Okay. As far as I know, the uh employees count employees. Okay. Okay, all right. I have someone asking is so I don't know if we have an F Land will actually have a paddle. Yeah, yeah, I'll need to get some follow-up for that part. If we talked with did we talk with Brandy in there when they're off for a week or something, I'm thinking they're out on the kitchen. I think we need to would need to get with Jennifer on that with flex plan, honestly. I think she would be on contact with that. I think we'll just have to do that. Yeah, I know we're we're if they want to keep one if it's gonna be on their own job on that withdrawal from the paychecking. Yeah, yes. They can still keep the keep they can keep a current plan and things don't have it or something. So yeah, that's something that we'll that we'll probably want to revisit maybe in August and the next time we go ahead and have and have yeah, have and have our whole you know package and everything is that uh approved and send up to the BOCC and approved it and then we get that. Something to allow when those five seconds are just we can send an email. Yeah, yeah, and then add flat layers, you know. Did Jennifer sorry, did Jennifer get a report of all the money that was going to the employee count check as far as I know and a send her that on a small all that should we can follow up on that though? Yeah, I'm also possible she send her that list because that accounts no it's like spice by the last hand okay. I'll ask the girls think I'll have them finish one.
