The Cleveland County Excise Board held a special meeting on September 30, 2026, at 1:15 PM. Chair Chuck R. Thompson called the meeting to order. Roll call was taken; Chair Thompson and Member John Wullich were present, establishing a quorum, while Vice-Chair Josh Edge was absent. The board acknowledged the meeting was properly noticed on September 28, 2026.

And this all been presented to us for our review. And like I said, it was just uh adopted by the budget board uh in their meeting previous to this board. So a discussion or comment about the budget.
