It is 1128 a.m. and we are resuming in open session. We are planning on voting on four items today that come out of executive session. Before that we proceed with those four items, I do want to note that our board during executive session had a discussion on section two-five six A of the ethics. Subarticle A here, which is a um around the elections. Um we are going to have further discussion around this and further information around this in future meetings that we are beginning a conversation today that will be a process where there may be other changes suggested in the future so that we can have a really clear and clarified process that every um elected official, candidate, and citizen of Cook County can understand this work and set it as much clearer to all parties involved. So yes. Okay, yes, yes, and then on for voting items here that we have the first item is that is there a motion to um approve the minutes that were from the regular meeting, regular meeting closed minutes from December 6th move. Is there a second? Uh all those in favor, please say aye. Aye. Aye. The vote the vote is unanimously approved though. And then we have three different items on requesting to open investigations.
