Technology.

0:02

With the time of one o'clock come in and been a long, long while back.

0:07

I would like to call the technology and innovation committee back to order.

0:11

Thank you, Chairman, at your recess meeting.

0:14

You had all members present except for excuse absence for Commissioner Sean Morrison.

0:20

Fantastic.

0:21

Uh, are there any registered public speakers for uh this meeting?

0:25

Yes, yes, you do.

0:26

I don't see them all in the room.

0:28

So as I call your name, please let us know that you are still present.

0:32

Jessica Jackson, Taiwan Sims, George Blake Moore, Christian Harris, and Zoe Lee.

0:43

I see two of them in that and three of them in that order.

0:47

Jessica Taiwan, George, you may begin.

0:52

My name is Jessica Jackson.

0:55

And I see that they send sheriffs in here when I'm in here.

1:01

Matter of fact, you got a white shirt right here.

1:03

I'm curious to know how is it that they send the sheriffs in here?

1:07

Matter of fact, it was five.

1:09

I took their pictures, right?

1:11

I'm trying to figure out how they send sheriffs in here to take me out if I say something that's in response to something that's a lie coming from that podium.

1:24

But for some reason, they can't seem to get the sheriffs and sheriff Dart to deal with this fraudulent lime cream sticker that was put on my basement door.

1:39

I don't understand it.

1:41

You got a whole fraudulent sticker here with a fraudulent case number on it to protect the public administrators who was doing a fraudulent eviction.

1:56

And you send sheriffs in here.

1:59

You got a white shirt in here right now.

2:01

Now it's on camera, it's on camera.

2:03

Well, I'm telling this white shirt.

2:05

Come on, white shirt that's up here looking for me.

2:08

I'm telling you, this is a fraudulent document that the sheriff department, Sheriff Rodriguez, in fact, put on my door.

2:17

And how do I how do I know it's fraudulent from the case number?

2:20

The case number on here says 2025 37940.

2:26

The case number that's actually on the eviction that I did is 2025 1709 328.

2:37

This fraudulent document, this fraudulent sticker, doesn't even have enough numbers on it.

2:43

And then you all are going to use sheriff personnel to come up in here with the intention of harassing me instead of dealing with their own corruption.

2:58

Their own corruption.

2:59

One minute.

3:00

So now, my retaliation charge just got filed, and you all should be getting the summons from pretty soon.

3:06

What I need to do, I'm going to amend it.

3:08

Or in fact, I'm going to do one that's completely against the sheriff department.

3:12

Y'all gonna stop harassing me.

3:15

You're gonna stop harassing me unless you're willing to deal with this with what y'all doing.

3:20

I'm sending I'm putting charges on all the sheriffs.

3:24

Yeah, that's how we doing that.

3:29

Next speaker, please.

3:43

Um good afternoon, committee.

3:45

This doesn't have anything to do with technology.

3:48

My apology.

3:49

Well, it does though, because okay.

3:54

Well, sorry about that.

3:55

Um good afternoon, Commission.

3:58

Um this does have to do with technologies.

4:00

Matter of fact, our clerk's office, where in 2023 I came in to file an order protection against uh Alberta Reed for destroying my property and for also a domestic abuse.

4:15

I was the petitioner in that case up until maybe up until August 25th, 2023.

4:24

Then I became the respondent.

4:27

However, I have a case summary here, which is 23 OP72315, which lists me as the petitioner.

4:36

And then I have also another case summary here.

4:40

However, in this case summary, up until 516, 2023, I'm the petitioner, petitioner, petitioner, and then 915, 2023.

4:55

I was it was switched over and I become the respondent.

5:00

That's when Alberta Reed was given a two-year plenary order default.

5:04

And it's either this either is procedural, intentional, or a clerk's error.

5:10

And so I would like to understand.

5:12

Because even right now in 2026, I'm dealing with this matter as a criminal matter over at 555 West Harrison, where they are they want me to take a BCX, a behavioral clinical exam.

5:26

And the judge would have jailed me Monday if I didn't take this exam.

5:31

However, I started this case two years, three years ago, and I'm still dealing with it.

5:38

Now I'm still the respondent.

5:40

But I have the paperwork.

5:47

I've been to the public defenders and I've spoken to this body and also to the city council.

5:55

November 14th, I spoke to Mayor Brandon Johnson about this, 23D 79597.

6:02

And the only thing I'm getting now is either I go on the 15th and be jailed because I'm going to refuse this BCX, or I subject myself to this behavioral clinical exam.

6:16

When I'm the victim who has been made the respondent.

6:26

30 seconds.

6:27

Thank you.

6:28

George Blake Morris next.

6:32

And then that will conclude our list of speakers, sir.

6:44

New technology.

6:48

A man came from Europe with the advanced technology.

6:57

The gun and the gun pattern.

7:01

The new technology.

7:03

Now they have drones.

7:06

Black people.

7:07

You must be educated.

7:10

Inform and enlighten the new technology.

7:14

And if your children are not embraced, if our children are not embracing the new technology, we're left behind.

7:25

And we become a permanent people in a cash system like they have in India.

7:32

And we'll never get over it.

7:35

You got to force our young people with this new technology.

7:44

So it's it's really sad.

7:47

Those who know takes advantage of those who doesn't know the new technology.

7:55

So uh I don't understand black leadership.

8:01

They used to have uh uh black people that couldn't read or write, big mama, but she had flipped them up to to send uh uh a Ray Ray and Canila, whoever, to school and say you uh you got to learn.

8:17

You got to embrace this new technology, otherwise we will be a permanent cast uh uh in a class in a cast from like oh in India.

8:28

We got to.

8:30

We got to do this.

8:31

We got no choice.

8:33

We got to turn our business, we must embrace the new technology, because those who know one minute takes advantage of those who don't know, and but only the strong survive.

8:51

The weak don't inherit nothing.

8:55

So these white folks are years ahead of us, but we can overcome the legacy of slavery because we are God's chosen people, and we're God ourselves, and we don't need anybody else, but we must surrender to our blackness and embrace the technology.

9:16

30 seconds and embrace it, the new technology.

9:20

Those who know must teach those who don't know.

9:25

We must find unity in our community.

9:28

We must survive this holiday, not embracing the new technology.

9:35

I don't know what way chairman, no other speakers for this meeting.

9:40

Thank you, madam secretary.

9:42

And you know, as a personal plug, I'm proud to have been the one who led the effort to ban caste discrimination here in Kirk County.

9:50

Uh and with that, let's proceed.

9:52

Um, do we have any need for remote participation for this meeting?

9:56

We do not, sir.

9:57

See none.
