Um Director Renzulli is once again sitting in for the clerk. We definitely appreciate her efforts the last couple of weeks. Some of you may or may not know. We are very short uh short in the clerk's office. Brings me into my second programming note. Many of you have commented on the agenda itself. However, the heading is incorrect, but the substance of the meeting, I have checked with the solicitor and also council attorney, and the substance of the meeting is proper. So we will go forward. If anyone is here in the chambers this evening. Um our esteemed colleague, former mayor of Traffic Candy underwent surgery this week. And I just would like to urge everyone here and in the public to keep him uh in your prayers. Uh he's doing well. I know some many of us have talked to him, but uh he's had surgery and and we wish him well. We miss him and we hope he's back and we hope he can stay calm. Uh so uh his uh his uh convalescence we hope is also very short. I ask everyone to keep him in their prayers. Thank you. I'm sure everybody will and thank you for that. Sometimes we get so wrapped up in the business at hand and uh I'll definitely I didn't think of that. And you know it took a lot to get councilman Traffic Candy not here this evening, and probably had to hold him from getting out of bed. Um okay, going right into public comment.
