Public hearing resolution number 2025-105 adopting the community redevelopment agency.

Annual budget at annual budget for fiscal year 2025-2026.

Very briefly, Mr.

Chairman and members of the board.

Thank you for this opportunity.

You may recall a month or so ago I appeared before you to talk about a new grant opportunity.

And you enthusiastically approved that, and we're ready to roll that out after the start of the new fiscal year, which would be October 1.

And the amount that you selected for that was 200,000.

So we're very excited to roll that

out

for the businesses in the CRA in the city of Deltona.

Thank you for your assistance in that.

So taking that $200,000, we have placed it in the budget so that it shows you what our total revenues will

be,

which includes our uh trust fund, total revenues of $3,286,200, the expenses, which include the grants of $200,000 operating and spent expenses, which are minimal capital outlay of three million, additional capital outlay for corridor improvements.

The expenses match the revenues.

So it's a balanced budget, and I think it's a good

This is a resolution of the board of the community redevelopment agency of the city of Del Tona, Florida, approving the community redevelopment agency budget for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2025 and ending September 30th, 2026, and directing the city manager or designee to submit the budget to Volutia County and the city commission for their respective approval, providing for implementation, scriptures errors and an effective date.
