The regular meeting of the Deltona City Commission was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Avila. Roll call was taken, with only three of six commissioners present: Mayor Avila, Vice Mayor Heriot, and Commissioner Santiago. Commissioners Avila-Vazquez, Colwell, and Howington were absent. The City Clerk announced that a quorum was not present. The Mayor then recessed the meeting and directed the City Clerk to schedule the next available date. The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m. The next meeting was scheduled for Monday, September 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Commission Chambers.
