Speaking of alums, West High School Cowgirl right here, and I would like to invite uh the people of Denver to West High School.

This Saturday, we will be having the Burnham Yard um area plan meeting.

And give me a moment while I look up my notes on exactly what time that is.

At it starts at 9.

It is from 9 a.m.

to noon.

So join us Saturday, March 14th at West High School for the next community open house for the Vurnham Yard Small Area Plan.

The meeting will feature interactive exercises to provide input on preferences and priorities for how the area should be redeveloped.

It's an important commun it is important that community has a strong voice in the development of this area, so please be sure to join us and advocate for how you want to see our city grow.

You can drop in any time before between 9 a.m.

and noon.

And the address for West High School is 951 Alati Street.

And um, since Councilwoman Torres isn't here, I'll just continue to share that Burnham Area Plan is a large area plan that does encompass the Bronco Stadium, which is a small piece of that plan.

So this plan will cover from about almost Alameda all the way to the to about 10th in that Burnham Yard area.

And there's a lot of industrial area that we need to figure out what's the right zoning.

How do we one of the major goals that's come out of this Vurnham Yard planning is how do we reactivate the river and make the river part of community and not turn our backs on the river?

So it will be a very interesting conversation and very excited to have it.

to have a conversation about the city budget.

Um we have two events in District 9.

We have tomorrow evening, um, the on the 11th, starting from 5 30 to 7 30 p.m.

We have the triangle planning community uh meeting.

This is a culmination of um many years, but really specifically a stakeholdering process that began about a year and a half ago um with community providing feedback on a large personal blend near national um western complex um that has a visioning process that we're gonna begin with community um and all stakeholders.

So it's tomorrow night, uh 5 30 to 7 30 p.m.

at the CSU Spur Hydro Building at 4777 National Western Drive.

Come on out to share your thoughts and your ideas.

We also have on March 14th on Saturday um the St.

Patrick's Day parade and step off begins at 19th and Wincoop and goes through the Fine District 9, calm on down from 9 30 until you get tired and hang out with us in uh Define District 9 this weekend for St.

Patrick's Day weekend.

All right, uh with that, uh I will close our general session and now entertain a motion to move us into executive session pursuant to uh Denver revised municipal code 2-34A sections three, six, and seven for the purpose of discussing the settlement of pending litigation and legal advice related there too, and receiving legal advice regarding negotiations of intergovernmental agreements.

Uh so um motion okay all in favor?

Alright, so in the Denver Central Market, one of the more popular places is the Izio Bakery.

And I went ahead and got myself a nice morning bun, which is pretty much like a cinnamon bun but shaped like a tiny little hat.

I'm gonna dive into that right now.

Super good.

They do most all their baking on premises.

I highly recommend if you're in the River North Arts district here in Denver, check out the bakery, grab something, walk around, see all the cool art.

Well worth it.
