My name is India Hawkins, and I'm speaking on behalf of the Waverly property that's adjacent to the garden book off of West Davidson.

Um the question that has been lingered for the past four years is the same one that Mr.

And yet no one has been able to answer.

No one has been held accountable, no one has been honest or had a respectful conversation with the person that has been impacted the most with this situation, who is Ms.

Getting the guarding bug shut down was never on the agenda.

In fact, I agree with what was said on the September 4th meeting.

The flower shop is a beautiful vision for the neighborhood, but it should have been planned way better.

Every department, every leader, every inspector, and every organization should have just simply did their job.

Instead, my mother has endured disrespect, even from the people that patronized the business.

She should have never even had to interact with them had it been pleasure pl planned right.

Now I'm just a nurse, so I don't know anything about zoning, cutting curbs or any of that that goes into planning those type of things, but I do know that if the proper channels were followed, we would not be here today.

And as I said in the March meeting, the biggest and most important issue is safety.

Now, what has been allowed and what has continued the past four years is unsafe.

No one should ever be inconvenienced or denied access to a property of that property that they rightfully own under any circumstances, and that's what has been going on these past four years.
