And I wanted to approach the council with a situation regarding uh legal representation.

Uh I'm involved in a landlord tenant illegal eviction, and it has gone through the 36th district court level already, and it has been accepted at the third district court for an appeal.

The problem I'm having at this point is that there are no attorneys within on the listing or otherwise in the state that I can locate to represent me on an appeal level.

Um, I'm low income, I receive social security disability, I have medical challenges, and actually, um I need some legal representation.

I was able to purchase my transcript after saving for several weeks, and now I do have that, but I still need someone to represent me because the language and the procedures uh it's only by God's will that I made it this far.
